To qualify for a refund, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. 2. Non-Refundable Items Opened or used perfumes are not eligible for refunds due to hygiene and safety reasons. Items purchased during promotional sales or at discounted prices are non-refundable unless damaged or defective. 3.
