Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges Returns and exchanges are accepted only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery. Requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order. The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. 2. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items Opened or used perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and safety reasons. Items bought during sales, promotions, or at discounted prices are not eligible for return or exchange unless damaged or defective. 3.
